Yes! Custom pieces are one of our favorites to make. You can request a custom charm bracelet, necklace, or accessory by sending us a DM with your preferred colors, charms, and style. We also offer a live charm bar experience at our pop-up events where you can build your piece on the spot.

Yes! We ship nationwide via our Shopee store (shopee.ph/beadfactoryph). Shopee handles shipping arrangements and tracking. For large or custom orders, send us a DM to arrange directly.

We work with a range of high-quality materials: sea pearls (fresh white and purple), ceramic beads, stainless steel charms, glass beads, natural stones, shell charms, and gold-plated chains and bases. All pieces are assembled by hand — no machine-made shortcuts.

To keep your piece looking its best: store in a dry place away from direct sunlight; remove before swimming or bathing; avoid contact with perfume and harsh chemicals; wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Most of our pieces are water-resistant but not waterproof — treat them like the handcrafted treasures they are.
